What We Want Is Simple: Restore England

After 319 years of the Acts of Union, 78 years of the British Nationality Act, and decades of Westminster treating England as a resource instead of a nation – we demand restoration.

Not reform. Not compromise. Restoration.

These aren’t wishes. These aren’t suggestions. These are demands backed by English constitutional law, and we will not stop until they’re met.

Primary Demand: Void The Acts of Union 1707

This is where everything starts. This is the foundation.

The Acts of Union 1707 dissolved England as a sovereign nation and merged it with Scotland to create “Great Britain.”

The English people were never asked.

No referendum. No vote. No consent.

Parliament simply decided to dissolve the nation in whose name it governed – violating the constitutional principle that the people are sovereign, not Parliament.

Why This Is Our Primary Demand

Because voiding the Acts of Union makes every “British” law passed since 1707 invalid.

Think about what that means:

  • The British Nationality Act 1948? Invalid. Based on “British” authority that never had English consent.
  • Every immigration law since? Invalid. Passed by a “British” Parliament with no legitimate authority over England.
  • EU membership? Invalid. Agreed to by a Parliament that shouldn’t exist.
  • The ECHR? Invalid. Signed by a government with no English mandate.
  • Devolution for Scotland and Wales but not England? Invalid. Asymmetric treatment by an illegitimate “British” system.

When the Acts of Union are voided, the entire Westminster system collapses.

And that’s exactly what we want.

What Voiding The Acts of Union Means

1. England is restored as a sovereign, independent nation

England didn’t “join” Britain. England was Britain (along with Scotland). When the Union is voided:

  • England regains its status as a sovereign nation
  • The “United Kingdom of Great Britain” ceases to exist as a legal entity
  • England gets a clean slate – new constitution, new government, new laws

2. All laws passed by the “British” Parliament since 1707 have no automatic authority over England

This doesn’t mean chaos. It means England gets to decide what laws to keep.

With the right people in charge:

  • We keep English common law and constitutional protections (Bill of Rights 1689, Magna Carta, etc.)
  • We reject every law that violated English sovereignty or opened England to foreign control
  • We start fresh with an English Parliament making English laws for English people

3. The British Nationality Act 1948 and all subsequent immigration laws become void

If there’s no legitimate “British” Parliament, there’s no legitimate British Nationality Act.

That means everyone who entered under rights granted by that Act entered under an unconstitutional provision.

And that opens the door to full Remigration back to 1948.

This Is Why The Acts of Union Come First

Some people say we should focus on immigration, or the ECHR, or individual policies.

No. That’s treating symptoms, not the disease.

The disease is Westminster – the entire “British” system built on an illegitimate union that the English people never consented to.

Void the Union, and everything else becomes possible:

  • Remigration back to 1948 (no more “but Parliament passed a law”)
  • Leaving the ECHR (England decides, not “Britain”)
  • English self-governance (no more Scottish/Welsh MPs voting on English matters)
  • Constitutional restoration (people’s sovereignty recognized in law)

That’s why this is our primary demand. That’s why we won’t compromise on it.

Our Demands In Full

Here’s exactly what we’re demanding, in order of priority:

1. Void The Acts of Union 1707

What we demand:

A referendum asking the English people:

“Should the Acts of Union 1707 be declared void for lack of English consent, restoring England as a sovereign, independent nation?”

Why we’ll win this:

  • The Acts of Union were passed without English consent – that makes them unconstitutional under the principle that the people are sovereign
  • Scotland already had independence referendums (2014, and likely another coming)
  • If Scots get to vote on independence, English people have the same right
  • The constitutional case is undeniable

What happens when we win:

  • England becomes a sovereign nation again
  • All laws passed by the “British” Parliament since 1707 are reviewed – we keep what serves England, reject what doesn’t
  • An English Parliament is established with full sovereign authority
  • England writes its own constitution explicitly stating: the English people are sovereign

2. Full Remigration Back to 1948

What we demand:

Once the Acts of Union are voided and the British Nationality Act 1948 is declared invalid, we demand full Remigration to restore England to what it was before Westminster gave it away.

Specifically:

A. Immediate Deportation of Foreign Criminals

Every foreign-born individual convicted of a serious crime in England since 1948 is deported, along with family members who entered under family reunification based on that criminal’s status.

What counts as serious:

  • Any crime carrying a potential sentence of 12 months or more
  • Any sexual offence
  • Any violent offence
  • Any crime involving children
  • Any terrorism-related offence
  • Repeated benefit fraud

No exceptions. No “I’ve been here X years.” You came here, you committed crimes against English people, you go.

B. Paid Repatriation for Welfare-Dependent Arrivals

Anyone who arrived after 1948 (or their descendants) who has been net welfare-dependent for 5 of the last 10 years is offered generous paid repatriation:

  • £15,000 per adult
  • £5,000 per child
  • Maximum £50,000 per family
  • Assistance with relocation, flights, shipping
  • In exchange: permanent renunciation of UK/English citizenship and right to return

This is voluntary. No one is dragged anywhere. But many will take it – because the money goes further in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Romania, etc. than it does here.

C. Revocation of Leave to Remain for Post-2020 Arrivals

The “Boris Wave” (2021–2023) brought nearly 3 million people in three years. This was:

  • Unprecedented
  • Not democratically mandated
  • A policy disaster

We demand:

  • All Leave to Remain granted 2020–present is reviewed
  • Anyone not in genuinely critical shortage occupation (verified independently) has LTR revoked
  • They are given 12 months to leave or take the paid repatriation offer

D. No Path to Citizenship for Recent Arrivals

Anyone who arrived after 2020 is ineligible for citizenship except in extraordinary cases (genuinely irreplaceable specialists – think top-tier surgeons, not delivery drivers).

E. End All New Immigration Except Temporary Work Visas

  • Permanent settlement ends
  • Only temporary work visas for genuine skills shortages
  • Maximum 5-year stay, then return home
  • No family reunification
  • No path to citizenship

The result:

With full Remigration over 5–10 years, England returns to approximately 95–99% ethnically English – what it was before Westminster violated our sovereignty in 1948.

3. English Self-Governance – An English Parliament

What we demand:

Establishment of an English Parliament with:

A. Full sovereign authority over England

  • All laws affecting England made by English MPs elected by English people
  • No Scottish, Welsh, or Northern Irish MPs voting on English matters
  • Full control over English borders, English resources, English policy

B. Seated in England (not Westminster)

  • Parliament could be in York, Winchester, or another historic English city
  • Symbolic break from Westminster and “British” governance

C. Bound by English constitutional law

  • Explicit recognition that the English people are sovereign
  • Bill of Rights 1689 and other English constitutional protections enshrined
  • No law can be passed without demonstrating it serves English interests first

D. Mandatory referendums for sovereignty transfers

  • Any treaty, agreement, or law that transfers English sovereignty requires referendum
  • No more “Parliament decides and tells you afterward”

4. Leave All Foreign Authority

What we demand:

England recognizes no foreign authority. The Bill of Rights 1689 says:

“No foreign prince, person, prelate, state or potentate hath or ought to have any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence or authority… within this realm.”

That means:

A. Immediate withdrawal from the ECHR

  • England will not be subject to foreign judges
  • English courts are supreme
  • No foreign court can block English deportations or override English law

B. Review and rejection of UN treaties

  • Any UN treaty that limits English sovereignty is rejected
  • England decides which international agreements to honor

C. Renegotiation of NATO and military commitments

  • England decides its own defense policy
  • No foreign power commits English forces without English consent

D. No international body has authority over English domestic policy

  • Immigration, borders, citizenship = English decision alone
  • Climate commitments, “human rights” obligations = English decision
  • England is sovereign. Everyone else is subordinate.

5. Recognition of People’s Sovereignty

What we demand:

A new English constitution that explicitly states:

“The people of England are sovereign. Parliament acts on behalf of the people, not above them. No fundamental constitutional change can occur without the people’s explicit consent via referendum.”

This means:

  • Parliament cannot give away English sovereignty
  • Parliament cannot dissolve England
  • Parliament cannot open English borders without consent
  • Parliament cannot join international bodies without referendum

The people decide. Not Westminster. Not politicians. The people.

6. England Recognized as the Homeland of the English People

What we demand:

Legal recognition that:

“England is the homeland of the English people. English culture, English identity, and English demographic character have the right to be preserved.”

This means:

  • Immigration policy is designed to preserve England as overwhelmingly English
  • English history is taught without apology or “decolonization”
  • English culture is recognized as the foundation of the nation
  • No law can be passed that prioritizes foreign peoples or cultures over English people in England

This isn’t hatred. This is the same principle every nation on Earth operates under:

  • Japan for the Japanese
  • Poland for the Poles
  • Israel has a Law of Return based on ethnicity

England for the English. It’s that simple.

7. Accountability for Those Who Violated Our Sovereignty

What we demand:

A full public inquiry into:

  • Who authorized the Acts of Union without English consent
  • Who passed the 1948 Nationality Act without referendum
  • Who joined the EU without referendum
  • Who created devolution for everyone except England

And consequences:

We’re not calling for show trials. But we demand:

  • Public acknowledgment that these acts were unconstitutional
  • Removal of honors (peerages, knighthoods) from those responsible
  • Disqualification from future public office
  • A clear message: violating the people’s sovereignty has consequences

Why “With The Right People In Charge, The Rest Will Come”

You might be reading this thinking: “This is radical. How do we get from here to there?”

Answer: Void the Acts of Union, install an English Parliament with people committed to these principles, and the rest follows naturally.

Here’s why:

1. The Legal Foundation Changes Everything

Once the Acts of Union are void:

  • The British Nationality Act 1948 has no legal authority
  • Immigration laws passed by an illegitimate Parliament are void
  • The ECHR commitments signed by “Britain” don’t bind England

With the right people in charge, Remigration becomes legal obligation, not political preference.

2. English Parliament = English Interests

An English Parliament elected by English people, accountable only to English people, cannot survive if it ignores English interests.

Right now, Westminster can ignore you because:

  • Scottish/Welsh MPs vote on English matters
  • The Lords are unelected
  • “Britain” dilutes English interests

An English Parliament cannot do that. It’s England or nothing.

3. No More International Excuses

Right now, Westminster hides behind:

  • “We can’t leave the ECHR”
  • “International obligations”
  • “UN treaties”

An English Parliament with the right people says:

“We’re sovereign. We decide what treaties to honor. Foreign bodies have no authority here. Bill of Rights 1689.”

No more excuses. No more delays.

4. The Overton Window Shifts Permanently

Once England is independent, once Remigration begins, once the English people see they can have their country back – there’s no going back.

The “that’s just how things are” argument dies.

The “we can’t do that” excuse dies.

The “you’re extreme” smear dies.

Because it’s happening. Because it’s legal. Because the English people demanded it and got it.

These Are Non-Negotiable

Let me be crystal clear:

We will not compromise on these demands.

We won’t accept:

  • “Reforming” Westminster (it’s illegitimate, not broken)
  • “Controlled immigration” (we want Remigration back to 1948)
  • “Renegotiating” with the EU or ECHR (we want out, completely)
  • “Gradual change” (we want restoration, now)

These demands are based on constitutional law. They’re not negotiating positions. They’re assertions of rights we already have.

Westminster violated the people’s sovereignty for 319 years.

We’re not asking them to stop. We’re demanding they reverse what they did.

How We Win

1. Build the movement

Organize locally. Town by town, chapter by chapter, person by person. Make “Void the Acts of Union” something every English person understands.

2. Make it the only issue that matters

Every election, every hustings, every candidate: “Will you support a referendum on voiding the Acts of Union?”

If yes, we’ll back them. If no, we’ll replace them.

3. Force Westminster’s hand

Scotland’s had two independence votes because Scots demanded them until Westminster couldn’t say no.

English people will do the same. We’ll demand the referendum until they have to give it to us.

4. Win the vote

Once we get the referendum, we win it. Because the case is undeniable:

  • Constitutional law (people are sovereign, Union was unauthorized)
  • Demographics (England is being replaced)
  • Sovereignty (Westminster has failed England for 319 years)

When English people are asked: “Should England be independent?” – they’ll say yes.

The Timeline

Year 1-2: Build the movement, spread the constitutional arguments, organize chapters, force the referendum question into every political conversation

Year 3-5: Win the referendum, void the Acts of Union, establish English Parliament

Year 5-15: Full Remigration back to 1948, leave all foreign authority, restore England

By 2040: England is 95-99% ethnically English, fully sovereign, governed by English people for English interests

It’s achievable. It’s legal. It’s necessary.

Join Us

These are our demands. Non-negotiable. Non-compromising. England first, always.

If you agree, join the movement.

If you don’t, this isn’t the place for you.

But if you believe England has the right to exist as England, governed by English people, for English people – then you’re in the right place.

Let’s restore what was stolen.
